Why was my order cancelled?

When an order is completed, you will receive both a confirmation email from us and an email from your bank if you paid by credit card.

Sometimes the connection time between the servers is too long, and the transaction may not go through.

In this case, the order is automatically canceled by the server; you will not be charged, and any loyalty points you may have used will be credited back to you.

Simply renew your order (in My Account -> My Orders -> "Renew" button).
